I'm resurrecting the squeefest posts. It's been a long hiatus and it's time to talk, squee, flail, and speculate about the upcoming new episodes.

The Rules: The idea for this series of posts is to discuss, debate, and yes, squee, about spoilers for SPN's next new episode. Anything is open here: script sides, spoilers, and rumors. All I ask is that everyone be considerate and well-behaved.

Episode 4.15 - “Death Takes a Holiday”
written by Sera Gamble and directed by Stephen Boyum

Official Description: Sam and Dean investigate a small town where people are cheating death. They discover the Reapers have gone missing so they turn to Pamela (guest star Traci Dinwiddie) for help. She sends them into the spiritual world to find answers and they come face to face with Alastair (guest star Christopher Heyerdahl), who has been kidnapping all the Reapers in order to break another seal.

* This episode features a town where no one dies[Sera Gamble]
* The boys pose as religious bloggers after a man (Jim) is walking around alive after being shot in the heart by a mugger. He has a gaping mortal wound and the bullet is still stuck in his heart.
* The boys boy interview the ghost of a 12-year-old named Cole who died of an asthma attack recently. He tells them his reaper was chased off by black smoke before he flickers out after saying that “they’re” back.
* Pamela finds the bodies of Sam and Dean in a motel room and tries to whisper something to Sam before being attacked by a demon. She kicks his ass and continues what she started.
* The boys (as ghosts) find Tessa and Jacob (Reapers) trapped by demons; the demons escape after a fight.
* Alastair shoots the boys with rock salt and says he keeps leaving Hell to collect them. He has a scythe from one of the Four Horsemen and taunts they can’t stop the seal from being broken. He says Dean started “this”.
* Sam plays chess with a Reaper and a character we love dies [Kristin from E!online]
* Dean (in ghost form) brings Tessa (the Reaper) to collect Cole, giving his grieving mom peace.

Edit (Mar. 8th): Here's more detail about Dean supposedly starting "this" as stated in the spoilers above. Posted by ckll to dean_sam on Feb. 4th:

"Dean is going to find out that, because he was saved from the pit by the angels, Lillith was able to begin opening the seals that have kept Lucifer locked up. That is going to weigh heavy on Dean and his self worth".

My Thoughts:

:: The "character we love" that dies? I'm guessing Pamela. :(
:: I can't wait to see how the boys end up in the spirit world. And how do they get back?
:: It's going to be awesome to see Tessa again from IMTOD. I'm suspecting, based on the sides, that Dean might remember her. Ooooh! *bounces*
:: Can't wait for the showdown between Alastair and the boys, too. From the sides it sounds very good! :)
