Crap! Crap! Crap!

I can't believe I'm just now learning about all this...

The Washington Post: Microsoft In Talks To Buy SeeqPod, But Probably Not To Reopen It

All my playlists at SeeqPod, all those songs....GONE! It's just...I could cry. It was a great site and an awesome avenue to find music to download online.

"Evil Geniuses have more fun."

This must be Kripke's motto. :D

I started to put this playlist together on Grooveshark before last week's eppy and just now finished filling it out in anticipation of tonight's finale episode.

It was initially kind of thrown together, but a pattern of songs quickly developed. There's themes of dire futures, brotherhood, saying goodbye, last days, dark nights, ghosts, spirits, and some hope. A few of the songs seem like odd choices, but in another way they also fit with the mood of the others.

Take a listen to the 21 songs. I hope you enjoy them. :)

This cap is from S2 "Born Under A Bad Sign".

This felt like a good fit for today...Dean with a "not-himself" Sam. Eeep.
I very well might not be able to watch the eppy live tonight due to real life family events. *iz sad* So I'll probably miss out on all the squee & tears. Maybe I can join in on the massive group hug we'll probably all need later? Either way, I can't wait to see what Kripke has in store for us even though the fear of the cliffhanger has me trembling. I have a feeling it's going to be very bad. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it & my review (aka First Impressions) will be up sometime over the weekend. *hugs*

I just got home from the sad event of the day & being with my relatives. Today was phase one...the viewing for my uncle at the funeral home. Tomorrow will be the funeral/burial.

I was....oddly unemotional at the viewing. I don't know why. I expected to be upset, being reminded of my dad, but it didn't happen. I just felt...numb. Still couldn't actually look at my uncle's body though. I avoided it as much as possible and sat in the back like I did for my Dad's viewing 3 years ago. No idea what I'll be feeling tomorrow though. It will be long and far more emotional, I imagine.

On another note....the DVR recorded SPN, so I still have to watch it (after Survivor & my mom's Smallville). I checked out my flist a little and did see a bit of a spoilery graphic with a character's name. Please don't spoil me people! Or anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet.

*hides from flist until after watching SPN*

Edit: Okay, seen it now. :)
