I miss my car!

Photobucket is down for maintenance at the moment, keeping me from doing the Just 'Cause post for the time being so I thought I'd do a little mini-rant instead. I mean....talk about sucky timing! Grrrrrr....

It's really rotten not having any wheels!

Our car is in for repairs from our car accident on Jan. 15th. We took it in last Tuesday, Jan. 26th and we're still waiting for the call.

This means I can't send a card up to Vancouver to the cast & crew of SPN for their 100th episode because I can't get to the friggin' post office. Gah! They'll probably be finished filming the episode by the time I do get something sent.

Because our car was gone I missed attending the premiere in Seattle of an independent film I worked on as Script Supervisor in 2008. All those many months of work and I didn't get to see it's grand opening. This one really bugs me. I didn't think it would, but it does. Because of that stupid punk driving out in front of us on that Friday night, I missed a major event, something important I was a part of. :(

Remember when we were all a sane bunch of fans? Remember when the crazies were a small, silent minority? Yeah, I miss the old days. I remember when we all used to enjoy "the show" not all this other stuff revolving around the actor's lives. That's all I'm gonna say. The B&W Fanart for 5x12 is near completion. Only a few more icons left to make. Ugh. I'm tired. Off to bed now. Have a good Wednesday all. *hugs*

So I've found out that you can't use the Administrative Console to put in custom Mood Themes at a community.

Suckage!!!!!

You gotta it do it using the Custom Mood Theme Editor. Are they kidding me???? This is like doing a root canal....on yourself!

You have to put in the URL for each and every mood theme image....and the dimensions! Oh. My. Gawd! It's torture!!!!! *pulls out hair*

Walking: Wash, rinse, repeat

Since it was raining this morning and early afternoon I figured I'd be taking my walk in the rain for sure, but lucky enough, the clouds broke open and the sun came out just at the right time! It wasn't as warm as yesterday, only around 49 degrees, but the sun was out a little bit and I could even feel some warmth from it. Same route as yesterday, I took the big loop thru the neighborhood and then doubled back through the medium and small loops.

SPN 5x12 B&W Fanart

Thought I'd try a new approach with my fanart for S5. The plan? To make b&w fanart from each episode and try to post it before the next episode airs. Why b&w? A) It's different, B) SPN easily lends itself to the spookiness b&w brings, and C) It's easier to hide that damned annoying CW logo. ;)
