Yule Tunes: 8 Songs

Another 8 songs to share with you. :) Gotta kick it off with a rousing version of "The Christmas Song" by The Ray Conniff Singers. ;) Then we have a nice selection of instrumentals by Chacksfield, Kaempfert, & Kostelantetz. I've always loved this song by Burl Ives and the Rosemary Clooney song makes me think of the movie it comes from, "White Christmas". We finish with two fairly rare songs, "That Christmas Feeling" by Perry Como and "When Winter Comes" by Eddy Duchin & his Orchestra. A fitting song for the first day of winter. *g* You know the drill by now. Since it's Sammy Tuesday, I had to draw from my Photobucket stash for today's cap, since nobody's number pics were of Sam.
Did anyone see the lunar eclipse overnight? It was mostly cloudy around here in western WA & even raining a big, so I only saw a few fuzzy glimpses of it through the cloud cover. But I can say I saw it...sorta. :P Got a busy, hectic week ahead, but with Christmas only a few days away I'm sure I'm not alone. Got caught up with Leverage. Awesome 2 episode finale, but then that's typical for them. *g* I'd like to thank those of you who've left gifts for me on my Christmas Tree Gifter. It's nice seeing all those little presents drop down. :D Have a good Tuesday everyone. *hugs*
