I've posted a few caps of this moment in the past, most specifically the part where Dean says he's gonna torch all the zombies. *g* This is right after he's slammed into the wall (you know, as he typically is). Owie.
I'm a bit sore myself. Pulled a muscle or something on my left side on Thursday. Ow. Wearing a heat patch, but it's not helping a lot. Hope some sleep and rest improves it some. Have learned that Richard Speight, Jr. has been added to VanCon (Friday & Saturday!). Yay! Was hoping he'd be there. Now if we can get Matt Cohen, Samantha Ferris, Mark Sheppard (yeah, I know...I don't want much, do I? :P). *yawns* Long day...I'm off to bed. Have a good Friday, folks. July is here already. o.O *hugs*
Walking: Day 24
Jul. 1st, 2011 09:55 pmGot my walk in late this afternoon, but with the longer days and sunshine, I still had 2 hours of daylight. ;)
Weighed myself again this morning and was further frustrated by the results. No progress yet, despite the changes I've made. So I pushed myself further today, ignoring the moderate pain in my legs and walking over 2 miles. Clearly I'm not doing enough to drop this weight, and since I felt I could go farther today, I did. Speed again was moderate, but I kept mixing it up and slowed when I felt the need. With only 2 months til VanCon, I've really got to work harder. I just hope I start to see some results by next month.
