It's SPN Friday (even w/a rerun) so naturally we must have a cap of our boys. ;) Remember how often we saw the boys having coffee in the early seasons? And how every time Dean took the top off of his? Hee! Little things make me happy. :)
I'm beat from a full Thursday. Tired, tired, tired. I did get 2 more episode downloads. Getting closer to completion every day. Time to take my weary self to bed and hope I get rid of this headache. Have a good Friday everyone. *hugs*

This has been brought up to me in the past and I've been mulling it over in my head lately...

Am I sharing enough here on my journal?

Sure, I post caps, fanart, and such all the time, every day, but is it enough?
Has my LJ grown more impersonal as a result?
Am I a provider of SPN goodies and nothing more?

I just wonder if I've been sharing enough of my real life with you all. Am I just a name and nothing more because I don't talk about myself enough? Sure, I do the odd meme now and then, but maybe that doesn't say enough. I guess what I need to know is if you'd like to know more about me?

I realize I'm closer to some of you more than others, but am I doing enough to make those kinds of connections?

Mom just came into my room for a bit and I had the radio tuned into a 60s & 70s station. "New Kid In Town" by The Eagles started playing.

Mom: Is that Anne Murray?
Me: (trying not to laugh) No, that's The Eagles.
Mom: Never heard of them.
Me: That's a guy singing not a woman.
Mom: It's hard to tell sometimes.

A bit later into the song...

Mom: Is that a CD or the radio?
Me: Radio.
Mom: Do you have any of their songs?
Me: (thinks) A few...not many.
Mom: I just wondered. I like this song, the melody of it is nice.

Hee! My mom likes an Eagles song. Will wonders never cease? Honestly, she very rarely agrees with my music tastes, so this is a big deal. Bet she won't remember it later on though. :P
