Thank you tracys_dream, here's your cap. I had a terrible time fixing/brightening this cap up. So dark & grainy (partly my fault - it's an old cap).
Had a long Thursday and I'm super tired/sleepy. At least the fog finally lifted in the area and we've got our rain back. Gonna grab some Zs and then I'll try to finally get those PCA caps posted for you all.

Walking: Day 2 of 2013

Even without mom's treatments things have been busy and it's been another whole week since I walked. *sigh*

At least the weather was nice: sunny and almost 50 degrees! So nice to see the sun again. After nearly a week of being stuck in dense fog, any change is favorable. My weight, after being up a couple more pounds was back down today. Thank goodness! I'm trying to finish off all my unhealthy food goodies so I can get back to eating better. There's only one thing left (some donuts) so I'm just about there. The sciatica is still a bother and some days it's really bad. Taking pain meds doesn't seem to effect it at all, but at least I can walk without any pain (I guess a lot of people have a problem w/it effecting their walking). Felt great to get out this afternoon and move! I was walking a pretty good pace considering I'm a little out of shape. Faster than last week, I think. :)
