SPN Cons: Big or Small?

Okay, random question time.

For those of you who have been to multiple SPN Cons...

Do you prefer the big city / lots of guests cons or the smaller, more intimate ones with less guests?

I've only ever been to VanCon over the past 6 years and it's a big con that's had as many as 14 or 15 guests so my experience is limited. However, I've heard that a lot of people have fun at the smaller cons (like Boston, Toronto or the Nashville ones) because they're not so hectic. Plus, as we've seen this year the fans sometimes get treated to special little moments like Jensen singing at the end of the con. My impression of that moment is that it probably wouldn't have happened at a bigger con.

Thoughts? Opinions? :)

I sort of watched this episode again recently. Dean is so torn in this scene! To let Crowley possess Sam so that his brother can kick Gadreel out.
