New Header, Background, & Mood Theme

raloriaBeen a while since I updated the look of the place. :)
With VanCon coming up fast I chose a header from one of my photos from last year's con. The background tile is brand new and the Mood Theme is an old J2 favorite.

I wanted to reduce all the space around the header but ended up closing the gap between the main body and LJ's navigation bar. Ah, well...that works too...sorta. LOL HTML I get - CSS...not so much. :P
