Some Important Info for New & Old Friends

If you've been on my flist for a while now, this is probably old news for you. *sorry* You can choose to skip this post if you like. *hugs flist*
I just thought I'd give you some idea of what to expect with my LJ. I'm currently in the process of posting various picspams centered around SPN and Jensen Ackles (specifically his role of Alec on Dark Angel).
Here is the schedule:
Tuesdays --- Tuesday SPN Picspam
Wednesdays --- DA Picspam
Thursdays --- Thursday SPN Picspam
Pretty simple, right? The SPN picspams involve 4 caps from one episode (in alphabetical order by title) every Tuesday & Thursday. This includes the current season. The 4 caps consist of: 1 Dean cap, 1 Sam cap, 1 cap of the brothers together, and 1 misc. cap (which can range from Metallicar to various handporn, gunporn, etc.). The DA picspams involve a complete set of caps for each of the S2 episodes with one episode per Wednesday. These I post as thumbnail images in multiple parts.
Please note! This schedule is subject to change for the following reasons:
1) I have a dial-up connection and cannot upload large images easily. In order to upload large numbers of photos into my Photobucket account, I take advantage of my college's T1 connection. But if I can't get to the college, sometimes picspams will be late or delayed until the next week.
2) I am a college student with a busy schedule (taking 2 classes and involved in a documentary film crew project). I may fall behind if my school work builds up and my schedule gets overly busy. This will also mean the posting of some picspams may be delayed.
There will also be various other picspams posted randomly. If some video gets posted and I get my hands on a download, I'll more than likely cap it and post the images here. Other picspams will come from my wacky brain when it gets an idea.
So, do I plan to post other things besides picspams? Yes. I've written a couple of fanfics (even joined fanfiction.net!), but I'm sort of a struggling writer, so don't expect too much. I've also made 1 wallpaper and I very well may make more if I get the time and the inspiration. I love making music vids and have made a few of those. In fact, I have several SPN music vids in the planning stages right now.
Since I'm a filmmaking student I will also talk about some of my knowledge on the subject and my few experiences with making movies. I'm no expert, but I like sharing what I've learned, so I hope you'll enjoy reading anything I cover on that subject as well. A lot of the things I see on SPN reflect my on-the-set experiences - especially seeing any of the behind-the-scenes photos. If anyone has any questions about what they see in any of these photos (or with filmmaking in general), don't hesitate to ask me. I'll try to answer as best I can. I've also mentioned a few times that I'm currently writing a movie script (which I sincerely hope will one day be made into a major motion picture someday). I have big dreams (maybe too big) of having Jensen Ackles play the lead character. A few of you have asked me what this script is about. I will tell you about it in a separate post in the near future.

To update you about the situation with today's DA picspam...I made it to the college for my classes (yay!) but Photobucket was acting all flakey and screwing up my settings and putting my caps in the wrong order. Grrrrr! I managed to get them all uploaded, but will have to wait until I get home to make the posts. Look for them later tonight or tomorrow morning, depending where in the world you are. :)
