SPN Revealed - 1.18 Something Wicked

raloriaThink you know every SPN episode inside and out? So did I, but a new HDTV with a great picture and sound changed all that. I started to see things that I'd never noticed before. After a while I decided to make a list of all the things big and small that I came across, episode by episode.
I'd like to think of this as an in-depth look into Supernatural. It's a collection of interesting observations, continuity errors, goofs, filmmaking techniques, statistics, important (or not so important) information, trivia, and anything else that struck me as unusual.
I'll be examining each episode in order, one at a time. Some of the info. will probably be well known to most of you, but I hope to point out some new discoveries as well.
All the caps in these posts are my own. While most of these will not be suitable for other uses, due to my cropping and highlighting, you're free to take any that you like. All I ask is that you give me credit for them. Thanks! :D
Ooops: I'm confused. Is that Fitchberg with an "e" or Fitchburg with a "u"? (It's supposed to be with a "u", btw.)
Coffee Boy: Dean gets to fetch the coffee in this episode.
Hey, don't I know you from somewhere? The woman Dean approaches at the playground is the same actress (Erica Carroll) who played the nurse in Faith.
As they start walking to the Pediatrics ward in the hospital, you can see some papers sticking out of Dean's left pocket (Jensen's script sides, perhaps?). However, by the time they meet with Dr. Hydecker the pages are gone.
In Dean's first flashback, you can see John wearing the leather jacket which will be mentioned in "Dream A Little Dream Of Me" by DreamDean..."Your favorite leather jacket? Dad's.".
Name on the credit card Dean uses at the motel: Kris Warren. According to Winchester Journals, Kris Warren works for Wonderland Productions (really Wonderland Sound and Vision, McG's production company).
Continuity Error: When Young Dean pours the Spaghettios into the bowl for Sammy, he spills a couple onto the table. But in the next reverse shot, the table is clean.

We see Dean's journal again when they're in the motel room talking about the Shtriga.
Everyone naturally thinks Sam is always "research geek boy", but check out all the books and papers in front of Dean. He's no slouch in the research department.
Continuity Error: When Dean tells about the Shtriga attack when they were kids, Young Dean leaves the motel room with Sam's bedroom door open and the lights off. When he comes back to find the Shtriga on Sammy's bed, the door is nearly closed and the light is turned on. Did the Shtriga decide to turn on the light?
Continuity Errors: On the shots between Joanna and Michael after she hugs him - on his angle, her hands are down on his arms, but on reverse angle of her, she has her hands on either side of his face.
A little later on in the scene there's another continuity error. She puts her hand on Michael's shoulder.
Still there, like it's supposed to be.
For one shot it's gone.
And then in the very next one, it's back again.
