A few thoughts:
:: This promo is clearly covering the next 3 episodes (10x10, 10x11, 10x12).
:: Is Dean killing that dude at the lake with the axe?
:: Teenage Dean!
:: That is NOT Dean parking the Impala!
:: The ep featuring Charlie looks interesting because you can tell from the clips that there's 2 Charlies! One all in black w/smooth hair and the other with a green jacket and wavy hair. Dean's fighting the "black" evil Charlie and Sam's riding in a car with the "good" Charlie. Then in that one shot Sam's carrying Charlie while Dean's kneeling over the doppelganger Charlie.
:: Crowley getting stabbed! Eeep.
:: Who is the dude Sam's head-banging against that bar?
:: Clair hanging out in a camper. Reminds me of the one Crowley was staying in, Season 7.
