I'm going to try and post these every week day, which should put us ending it on or around December 21st for this shortened season. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

3.09 Beginning: Our first image of the episode is light coming from underneath a bedroom door....a bedroom where there's about to be a very bloody death.
Janet Dutton and her husband, Paul coming home from a party, but Janet is about to die thanks to a witches spell. Our first look at the boys is of Dean interviewing Paul about his wife's death.
3.09 Ending: Beautiful shots of Dean after talking to Ruby about hell in the parking lot of the motel. Please forgive my obsession with the back of Jensen's head. *g*
