If you miss any posts just use the SPN Beginnings & Endings Tag.
I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

4.14 Beginning: This episode opens innocently enough with a woman preparing dinner when her husband comes home. Things quickly turn to anger and then violence as the man hits his wife with the meat tenderizer.

Our first views of the boys is in their motel room where Sam is in the bathroom, quietly talking to someone on the phone...but not quietly enough because Dean wakes up and hears him talking. Uh, oh...something suspicious is going on. Dean fakes going back to sleep when Sam emerges from the bathroom.

4.14 Ending: By episode's end we get this great setting for a scene with Bobby saying goodbye to the boys and the two of them then awkwardly apologizing for the words said while under the Siren's spell.
