Just 'Cause - Requests Filled Week

Remember when I asked for your requests back in the end of March? Well there were a lot of requests that I didn't choose, since I could only pick one a day. This week and the next, I'll be filling those requests at last. I've written everyone's requests down and any that I haven't yet fulfilled will be taken care of.

Today's cap was requested by willoweese, who wanted to see the scene in Salvation of Dean confronting John about being unable to reach him on the phone.
