I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

5.11 Beginning: The episode opens at the Glenwood Springs Psychiatric Hospital (actually Riverview hospital outside of Vancouver *g*) where patients are mysteriously being killed by a "monster". Somehow I couldn't resist capping this form for Sam...err Edward Van Halen. :P
Which leads to our first view of the boys, sitting in a doctor's office at the hospital as they get Sam admitted (and Dean as well) thanks to mentioning fighting demons and reference from a Dr. Barbar.
5.11 Ending: At the episode's end, the wraith has been killed and the boys escape the hospital, but then Sam admits to Dean that he's angry all the time and he doesn't know why. Dean answers that it doesn't matter and he needs to take all that crap and bury it and move on because that's how they get through things. Dean makes sure Sam is with him on this and then the two get in the Impala and drive away into the night.
