If you miss any posts just use the SPN Beginnings & Endings Tag.
I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

5.17 Beginning: The episode begins in a thrilling way with a close-up of the Impala's speedometer, then Dean's bloody hand on the steering wheel. We then see Dean (in a great shot of the rearview mirror), the car flying down a darkened road, and then the boys...bloody and obviously escaping from something unknown. They're about to be attacked by demons and then saved by some townsfolk.

5.17 Ending: At the episode's end, Dean kills the Whore of Babylon and then he takes off in the night, stopping at Lisa's place to in essence say goodbye, as it's implied that he's going to say yes to being Michael's vessel.
