If you miss any posts just use the SPN Beginnings & Endings Tag.
I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

5.18 Beginning: The episode begins with a scene at a bar where Zachariah is hanging out and complaining about his job with a regular human. But pretty soon the place explodes in light and the eyes of all the humans are burned out as Michael gives Zachariah another chance.

Okay, I want you to bear with me here because I simply couldn't cut out this entire opening with Dean. So there's lots of caps here....just the highlights, but still...hopefully you don't mind. I cut it off soon after Sam shows up.
Our first view of the boys is of Dean in a motel room, alone, as he packs up his belongings (gun, keys to the Impala, and his leather jacket) into a box, with a letter to Bobby, and tapes it up. Sam then shows up...
SAM: Sending someone a candy-gram?
DEAN: How’d you find me?
SAM: You’re going to kill yourself, right? It’s not too hard to figure out the stops on the Farewell Tour. How’s Lisa doing, anyways?
DEAN: I’m not going to kill myself.
SAM: No? So Michael’s not about to make you his Muppet? What the hell, man? This is how it ends? You just…walk out?
DEAN: Yeah, I guess.

Btw, here's most of the content of the letter (thank you SuperWiki!):

5.18 Ending: At the episode's end, Zachariah is dead by Dean's hand, but the boys have lost Adam. In the final shot the boys are driving in a stolen truck and Sam wonders why Dean changed his mind to which Dean answers that since Sam had so much faith in him, he couldn't let Sam down.
Dean: So screw destiny, right in the face. I say we take the fight to them, and do it our way.

Sam and Bobby—
Given what's about to happen, I'll be surprised if this package ever finds you. But if it does, I want you both to know that what I'm doing isn't about giving up. John taught us better than that. This is about time. We've run out of it.
Left the Impala in Cicero. Where I'm going, we don't need roads. I know you'll look after her for me. Bobby—you've taken more for the team than anyone could ever ask. That makes you an honorary Winchester in my book.
Sam. You told me once that you pray every day. Not sure if that's still true. Probably isn't, but if it is, give it one last try for me. And Sammy—one Winchester lost to this fight is enough. When it's over [...]
