I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

5.21 Beginning: The episode opens with a view of a convalescent home where Pestilence is killing patients. And our first view of the boys is while they're arguing in Bobby's kitchen over Sam's plan to say "yes" to Lucifer in order to put him back in the cage. Dean's just found out about it and he's not happy.
5.21 Ending: By episode's end, Pestilence is defeated and the boys not only get his ring, but Death's as well (after sharing pizza with Dean). So now that they've got the key to open Lucifer's cage, it looks like Sam's plan is in motion and Bobby asks Dean an important question...
Bobby: "...you know Sam will beat the devil...Or die trying. That's the best we could ask for. So I got to ask, Dean. What exactly are you afraid of? Losing? Or losing your brother?"
