So now we know the box being hauled by the Impala is the Ma'lak box for Dean. That must be his bloody hand on the inside of the box, too. Eeep. I suspect the red images are the Bunker on alert in the 300th ep. John's arrival? Emo Sam has to be from the next ep, 14x12.
