Movie Filming Day Two...Heat Wave

raloriaGot only 4 hours sleep last night before heading back to filming at 12 noon today. We concentrated on outdoor scenes today in 2 locations and suffered through scorching temperatures that nearly reached 90 degrees! We did finish earlier, at 7:30 p.m. this time, but the heat, the standing for long hours....I'm still exhausted.
I'm fighting to stay awake now, but I want to let you know that I have been checking out my Flist as best I can each night. Sorry if I don't leave any comments. It's all I can do right now to type out this little post and do the Just 'Cause one. Thank you all for your continued comments. They mean a lot even though I don't have the time to respond right now. I wasn't too surprised to get online and see that I've been defriended by two people. I thought this might happen during my semi-hiatus, even though I was hoping it wouldn't. The defriendings aren't painful and actually sort of make sense. Still, it's never fun to see that defriending message in your inbox. And two in one day....kinda lousy. :[
Okay, I'm fading fast here. Hope I can get a little more sleep tonight. *yawns* Got another full day (call time is 9 a.m.! Eeep!) of outdoor filming tomorrow. Yikes! More sun and heat. But we've got a good crew...energetic, passionate, and hard-working. I miss you guys. I miss online chatting and sharing goodies and all that stuff. But I'm having a great time working on this independent film and I hope it leads to other jobs. Hugs to all! *hugs* :)
