I should be working on my script pages for class, but I just don't feel like it. So there. Pfffft. :P It's already a week late, so what's a few more days. Luckily, the instructor is an understanding guy. I turned in my storyboards late last week and I'm not too hopefull for a great grade on those. Tried my best not to resort to drawing stick figures, even though I'm awful at drawing people. I'm just not sure I got all the camera directions right. Oh, well. When I handed them in I didn't even care anymore, I just wanted to get them out of my life.

I was trying to work on my other little movie script for my other class (the one we shot on video last weekend). I'm attempting to actually type it up in screenplay format. I need to try making some storyboards and maybe even a shot list. Because goodness knows we're going to need all of this when we shoot this thing on film. It's a whole new ballgame shooting on film. Now if I can get the guys in my group to realize this. *facepalm* I honestly don't think any of them have ever shot on film before, just video. Well, one guy possibly has, but I'm really not sure. I probably should ask him. He's trying to be the leader of our group, but it's my story, so I also have some control. It's like the two of us are in a little power struggle. It's odd to be in this position. For the first time, I seem to have more experience than the other people in my group. In the past it's always been the other way around.

Anyways, yesterday was kind of a sucky day. I went to the college to fix some things with our video and burn it onto DVD. First, I got a late start and arrived much later to the computer lab than I wanted to. Then, I ended up leaving there without my driver's license! See, they take your ID to use the small computer lab in the building. When it got to be 20 min. til the lab would close one of of lab assistants popped in to say they would be closing soon. I was still finishing up, of course. Now usually, the lab people will come back at closing time and actually make sure you're out of there. And lately they've also been giving back your ID at that time. Well, this time I got none of that. The lab closed at 6:00 and I was leaving that room at 6:02. And apparently I was too slow because they had all left! The doors were locked and the place was dark! I couldn't get to my ID! Long story short, I drove home without my license. So now I have to go in a little early before my first class to pick it up. Grrrrrrr! Granted, I was 2 min. late getting out. But the lab people also slacked off by not making sure I was out of that room. I could have easily just stayed there for who knows how long and nobody would've known. I honestly didn't think the place would clear out that quickly. Usually there's a few people they have to chase out. So now I have another drive ahead of me without my license. It's amazing how super careful you become when you know you're driving illegally. Not that I drive badly, I actually think I'm a very good driver. I was just being super cautious because if I get pulled over by a cop I am royally screwed. *hence the icon*

And on another note, my dialup connection's been really crappy this weekend. Stupid noisy phone lines. *kicks troll in the phone lines* I haven't seen it this bad since last year.

Okay, I'm done ranting. Hope you're still with me. I'm actually going to make another post that's more happy. This was my unhappy post. :[
