Reveling in my randomness

raloriaWhat a wacky weekend! I hope this week will be a little...calmer? Normal? At least the weather is much more relaxing today....overcast and cool. Aaaaaahhhhhhhhh....so nice! :D
Since this is a random post, we must have a Dean cap! Pretty obvious which episode this is from. ;)
*** LJ Maintenance Still In Progress: I've made some little changes, but there's still some bigger changes I want to make. Namely swapping in some new icons and making some changes to my Introductory Post and my Profile.
*** No Slash Here Please: One of the changes I'm going to make to my Profile & Introductory Post is a more clear statement about the use of slash icons on my LJ. It's already mentioned on the Introductory Post, but just last week I had to ask someone to remove their icon from their comment. I've got nothing against people liking slash, but some of the icons out there now are a little too graphic for my taste. I occasionally show my posts to my mom and....well...awkward. I'd rather keep that side of fandom away from her.
So if you can, please don't use your slash icons when you comment on my LJ. I hope you understand. I want to be open and understanding, but there are times when I have to draw a line with what I'm comfortable with. Thanks.
*** Pizza Guy!: On Friday we picked up pizza for supper and Hunky Pizza Guy was there! *guh* Sadly, he wasn't wearing his tight t-shirt and had a cap on, covering up his fluffy hair. Bummer. Still, it was great to see him, albeit briefly. As fate would have it, I did have my digital camera with me, but with my mom there and people in the restaurant, there was no way I was going to snap a photo of him. Blast for not having a camera phone! Then I'd take a chance at being sneaky and getting a pic of him. *sigh*
*** Can I have an extra Sunday, please?: With the power being out for most of Sunday, I didn't get hardly anything done. Sort of frustrating. I'm already behind in a lot of posts I've got planned and losing a whole day to a power outage didn't help matters at all. Grrrrrr.
*** Comments *facepalm*: I'm still dreadfully behind in old comments. I keep debating whether there's any point in working on them. I want to & know I need to, but oh, the work! As I recall I left off in mid-April. Yikes! I really need to take a few days to do nothing but reply back to the older comments. Problem is, I'm not sure I can afford to do that considering how behind I am in getting posts ready. Gah! It's such a dilemma! *pulls out hair*
*** Anyone for spam?: I might be spamming a bit today. Haven't decided yet. Be on the lookout just in case. ;)
That's all I've got for now. Oooh, it's raining! Aaaah....so refreshing after that heat wave last week! Have a good week all! *hugs* :D
