Sunset from Friday, August 15th

raloriaMom & I were out doing our weekly errands and shopping on Friday and noticed the signs of a pretty sunset beginning. Sure enough, as we were about to head to the pizza place to pick up supper, we saw it and raced over to the beach to get some photos. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived it was mostly over. :(
But I took some photos anyway, and two short little videos of the incoming tide. :D
1. Too bad we didn't get there when it was really colorful, but this isn't too bad.
2. Those are the Olympic Mountains in the distance, btw.
3. I hope they never tear this pine tree down. My photos would be nothing without it.
4. I kept trying to capture the sky as it changed.
5. I love these long summer days, where dusk lasts forever!
6. There were a lot of people there, enjoying the warm weather.
7. I think this one's my favorite of the bunch.
8. There were a lot of people out on the pier, too.
9. This one is a little blurry, but I love the lights of the pier shining on the water.
10. Last one, as lights start to come on over at the island across from us.
Two short videos I took of the little waves coming in. The quality isn't great 'cause they were taken with my digital camera and not my usual video camera.
