• Tuesday was pretty rough for me, mental health-wise. I just...lost it for a bit. Thankfully, I'm better now. I figured the on-going stress would get to me eventually, but I must admit I didn't see this reaction coming. I wish mom understood, but she just chalked it up to a momentary blow-up and nothing else, even though I tried to tell her about my self-hatred & disappointment. She just doesn't get it. *sigh*
