Sometimes it's hard to believe this episode first aired 7 months ago. The season has been a painful and rough path for the Winchester brothers, and it all began with this standout season premiere episode. In My Time Of Dying is still one of my favorite episodes of the series. The masterful camera angles and lighting, coupled with the emotional acting by Jensen and Jared, were all a promise of what has become an amazing season. It would set the stage for all the episodes to come, as John sacrificed himself to the Demon in order to save the life of a comatose Dean.

There are 7 caps this time, because I'm feeling generous and there were just too many nice caps to choose from. :D

* Sam #1 - No way Sammy is going to let that demon do any more damage to his family!
* Sam #2 - Poor bloody Sammy.
* Bonus cap - This was too unique a shot not to include. You can see all the Winchesters, broken and bloody, and in desperate need of medical attention.
* The Brothers - Your heart had to break as Sam called out to Dean...*squishes him*
* Dean #1 - I've always loved this gorgeous shot of Dean as he first wakes up in the hospital and looks around. Little does he know what shape he's really in.
* Dean #2 - Ah, the sexy hospital scrubs! The bare feet are nice too! And my favorite...the arms! *melts*
