So I'm at my local Barnes & Noble bookstore on Friday, and on my way out the door I see this big display stand of black books. Taking a closer look at the title, I see it says "The Demon Hunter's Handbook". I couldn't help but think about Supernatural, of course. All I could think was "Sam & Dean need this book". LOL! I almost picked one up to take a look at it, but I was in a hurry and quickly left the store with a big grin on my face. Now I wish I'd taken a moment to look at it.

Here's a description of the book from the publisher, off of Barnes & Noble's website:

This is the legacy of Demon Hunter Abelard Van Helsing. It contains the wisdom of a lifetime's fight against the forces of Evil. With no apprentice,Van Helsing hid this book in the hope it would be found by one who could take up his cause. These are the manic scribblings from one who knows that death is at his shoulder.

With this knowledge the world can be saved from darkness. Learn about the Hunter's weapons, recognize disguised demons and free curs'd souls. But beware, the path is treacherous.

Will you inherit the mantle of the Demon Hunter?

According to what I've read about the book online, it has some amazing illustrations. *Kicks self for not taking a second to at least look at the book!* Next time I'm at B&N, I'm definetly going to take a look at this.

I'm almost done watching all the episodes from the DVD set. I plan on watching Salvation & Devil's Trap a few days before the 28th. Less than a week to go! It still seems like it's taking forever. Some photos and a few brief video clips from the season premiere are not enough. I want to watch this episode NOW!

By the way, a big hello and thank you to my new friends who have been added to my list thanks to Supernatural_tv.
