From time to eternity...

raloriaI didn't end up really getting anything done today because I woke up with a neck/headache that stayed with me most of the day. Because of that I slept half the day away before getting on the computer.
And then I hear about the college campus shootings in Virginia.
I really don't have much to say, except that this is yet another sad day in our country's history. I remember back when I was in high school and never feeling in danger of being a victim of such random violence. It used to be safe to get an education...now schools/colleges are places where we can be plucked off easily with no warning at all. My heart goes out to the families and friends of those whose lives were suddenly ended.

"In the night of death, hope sees a star and listening, love can hear the rustle of a wing." ~ Robert Ingersoll
I don't think it would be an understatement to say that I'm now really looking forward to Thursday's new episode. I think we could all use an uplifting and funny episode with our favorite TV brothers.
