How do I get a guy to watch SPN?

raloriaI know this question's been brought up on various comms before, but I'm hoping to convert someone into a SPN viewer and I thought posing the question on my LJ would be the best option.
I have a friend...a guy I've known for over 2 years now and I want to show him some episodes. I've already told him about the show and he got kind of interested when I told him it was sort of like The X-Files (he was a fan of that show). I figure he'll also like the car, Dean's humor, and the classic rock music.
My question is this...besides showing him the Pilot, which is kinda manditory viewing, what other episodes should I show him to get him (hopefully) hooked on the show? Should I just show him the episodes of disc 1 of the DVD set? Or should I show him certain episodes? Any recommendations? Any ones I should avoid?
I figure I'll stick with just season 1 for right now (don't wanna overwhelm him with too much!). I'll be getting together with him this weekend (we're working on that documentary together), so I'm thinking of showing him the program then. Any suggestions you can give me will be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :D
