Storytelling 101

raloriaTo those who are concerned about the rest of SPN this season, I have this bit of screenwriting wisdom I picked up from my film classes.
This is basically the blueprint for storytelling, the 3 Act Structure:
1) Get your character up in a tree.
2) Throw rocks at him.
3) Then get him out of the tree.
Dean & Sam are in the "up in a tree" stage. Problem is...they're in separate trees. And those rocks being hurled at them are big, heavy, and inflicting a lot of damage, especially to Dean. Eventually they will get out of those trees. It's simply a matter of time.
