Rain, rain go away

raloriaMeh. So sleepy. Someone wanna wake me when it's SPN time? Right now I just wanna curl up and sleep/hibernate. Doesn't help that it's raining like crazy outside and all dreary. Bleh. They're promising some great weather come Sunday & Monday (sunny & 60s! Wow!), but today? Nowhere near that.
And I'm not walking again today. This whole week has been off. So I'm saying, "Oh, well" and letting it go until the weekend to get back on track. Still hoping to get that camera tomorrow. Trying to decide if I should splurge and get the kit with the additional telephoto lens and camera bag. It's expensive, but I'd probably end up getting an additional lens for the camera down the road anyway.
In other news....the photo project for the last film I worked on is done. At least everything's ready to go. Still need to burn the photos to 2 DVDs, but that's nothing. Very soon this thing will officially be out of my life. Then it will be nothing but planning & preparing for Vancouver Con! Wheeeee!
The fruit flies are practically all gone. Yay! The apple juice in plastic containers really did the trick. I'm going to set out fresh juice one more time, but there's hardly any left and they only live for 10 days anyhow, so as long as they don't breed...Well....hopefully we'll get them all killed.
*checks clock* Bummer. A little over 2 & a half hours til SPN. I want my boys now. *pouts*
