Poll: Who will die in 4x22?

My brain is trying to figure out what will happen during the season finale this week. There have been long-standing rumors that one or two people are going to die....but who?
Right now I'm still leaning towards Dean killing Sam. When you think about it, it's been talked about since Season Two. John told Dean in IMTOD that if he couldn't save Sam, he'd have to kill him. Dean then told Sam about it in Hunted. In Playthings, Sam begged Dean to kill him "if I ever become something I'm not". So, much like everything in S3 pointing to Dean going to Hell, I'm thinking that there's been this huge build up to Dean killing Sam in order to save the world. Of course, he wouldn't stay dead. I'm thinking the angels will bring him back. ;) We certainly don't want the demons doing it! This whole thing with making deals with demons to bring someone back has to stop somewhere.
Sam's been different since he came back from the dead in AHBL. I'm thinking the YED was right about him not coming back "100% pure Sam". Somehow being dead kick-started his demon abilities, big time. As soon as he came back he had this near animalistic killing mode towards Jake. There was also his almost super human strength when he beheaded Gordon in Fresh Blood. So the signs have been there for a long time.
So what will happen in the end? The boys are divided, but ultimately trying to achieve the same goal, using different methods. There's been a lot of speculation that Ruby might be the one to go and I still think that's a strong possibility. I'm not too sure about Bobby. I can also see Sam killing Dean. He already made one attempt.
Another theory I have is if Lilith has to break the final seal.....what if turning Sam completely darkside is that final seal? If he kills her, that puts him completely over into darkness. This would force Dean into killing Sam to stop the Apocalypse.
