How far can I bend before I break?

raloriaGah! I'm stressing out. So much is happening this week. It's all getting to be too much. No wonder my back is still hurting. It's gotta be the stress.
Today (Tuesday, May 12th) is the 3rd year anniversary of my dad's death, so my mom & will be going out to the cemetery and weather permitting (forecast says rain/thunderstorms), we'll put flowers on his grave. Meanwhile, my aunt has asked me to drive her to that same cemetery to make final arrangements for my uncle's funeral which will be held on Friday (with the viewing on Thursday). Then she has an appointment at the funeral home as well. All this on the day that mom & I are going to be out doing things we need to take care of. Talk about piling a ton of things on me all in one day. We might have to use Wednesday to finish up everything. Peachy. Then there's the following two days all for laying my uncle to rest.
It's going to be really rough and stressful these next several days. I just want to get it all over. And then there's all the preparations for Vancouver Con that we need to be making because suddenly we're fast running out of time for that. We still need to get passports, reserve the hotel room, and so many other things. So I have all of that bearing down on me as well, with my mom ready to give up on the whole thing at the slightest bit of difficulty. That really doesn't help. Any little thing that proves to be a roadblock or a challenge and she goes, "This trip is turning out to be more trouble than it's worth." Thanks a lot, mom. It's my money paying for going to this convention and I'm not about to back out of it now. I'm not going to give up just because getting there might be difficult. There's always a way. So, yeah....battling against her attitude is just adding to my stress. Fun times.
I'm also adding in not wanting to miss SPN this week into this mix. Sure, I'll be recording it anyway, but I really want to watch it live, not later from the DVR machine. *sigh* I'm hoping we'll be home by that time Thursday evening. I do anticipate that my review of the eppy will be delayed until the weekend, however. Bah.
Well, that's it in a nutshell. Just had to vent all of this before my head exploded. Thanks for listening flist. *hugs*
