Walking: Powering through
May. 26th, 2009 08:06 pmTried to talk myself out of walking about 5 times today using a lot of the usual excuses: I overslept, didn't eat enough, it's too late...but in the end I made myself go anyway. I knew I'd feel better if I did. I'm trying to stick with 2 mile walks now as I'm hoping they'll start to show some results. So I stayed in our own neighborhood today, looping around (big loop, medium and small loop variation, and then the big loop again) and tackling the big hill twice! Woot! :D
