This post is for this countdown clock & a rough schedule of VanCon (behind the cut) that I've put together until we get the official one from Creation. Any other vital info. about the Con will also be added here in the weeks to come.

TIME SCHEDULE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE, CHECK BACK BEFORE THE CONVENTION FOR ANY LAST MINUTE CHANGES...ENJOY!
THURSDAY, AUGUST 27th
Location Tour Bus will leave at 9am, separate ticket required. The bus will be staged outside the North Tower in the front round-about, so that lobby is where everyone will meet. Tammy Larabee, Creation's volunteer coordinator for this event, will meet location patrons in the lobby and escort them onto the bus. If you did not receive your ticket for this in advance Tammy will have a list of paid tour patrons so you will be able to board. Bus will return approximately 5pm
6pm to 9:30 pm: VENDORS AREA SET-UP, Vendors Only Please
9:00 pm to 10:15 pm: GOLD WEEKEND PATRON Pre-Registration. This is not a necessity, just a convenience for our Gold Patrons. You get your credentials, schedules, complimentary gift and the vendors room is open. Then you don't have to wait anymore throughout the weekend for access.
10:15 to 11:15 pm: PREFERRED WEEKEND PATRON Pre-Registration. This is not a necessity, just a convenience for our Preferred Weekend Patrons. You get your credentials, schedules, complimentary gift and the vendors room is open. Then you don't have to wait anymore throughout the weekend for access.
11:15 pm to Midnight: PRE-REGISTRATION for any weekend patrons. This is not a necessity, just a convenience for our Weekend Patrons. You get your credentials, schedules, complimentary gift and the vendors room is open. Then you don't have to wait anymore throughout the weekend for access.

1:00 pm to 6pm Registration Continues and Theatre Open with appearances by Alona Tal, Gabriel Tigerman, Julie McNiven. Autographing will continue past 6pm.
Friday 10 pm Concert with Steve Carlson, complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons for others the concert is $20 general admission, $35 reserved seating, both available at the convention.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 29th
9 am to 6 pm: Registration and Vendors Room Open
10 am to 6 pm: Theatre Open Appearances by Misha Collins, Travis Wester, AJ Buckley, Aldis Hodge, Jake Abel, Steve Carlson. Costume Contest with 250 gift certificate first prize. Autographing continues past 6pm.
10:00 pm Saturday Evening Creation Dessert Party and Supernatural themed Centerpiece Contest ($250 gift certificate is first prize). This event is complimentary and exclusive for Gold Weekend Patrons. SOLD OUT, THANKS! Special guests tentatively include AJ Buckley, Travis Wester, Misha Collins, Aldis Hodge and Jake Abel.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 30th
8:30 am to 10 am (time subject to change) Sunday Morning Breakfast and Charity Silent Auction with special guests Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Jim Beaver. Exclusive to Gold Weekend Parons: you will have your table assignments e-mailed to you prior to the convention.
9:30 am to 5 pm: Registration and Vendors Room Open including appearances by Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Jim Beaver. Note that autographing may run later than 5pm, depending on guest itineraries.
