Vancouver Con: Set Tour Cancelation

raloriaAugust 11: Due to circumstances beyond our control the Supernatural set visits scheduled for Saturday August 29th have been cancelled. Those that ordered set visit tickets will be receiving credit back to their cards within the next several days. We regret this news but hope to have some surprises for the convention to be announced soon. We appreciate your understanding.

There were rumors of this yesterday and now it's true. I'm upset and disappointed, of course. A pic of me and the Impala would've been awesome and to be at the studio? Pure heaven for a film set junkie like me. But we'll get our money back and the truth is I was excited to be going to this con before they announced the Set Tour and I'm still excited now. This is my first con and I'm just happy to be going. Whatever and whoever I get to see, I will gladly take. :)
I'm also hopeful with this statement: "We regret this news but hope to have some surprises for the convention to be announced soon." I'm thinking they're going to try to add some more guests. Friday has only 3, so I'm thinking they might add more for that day.

Anyway, guess mom & I will be adding driving out to the studio back onto our schedule of things to do. I'm going to see that building one way or another. :)
