Supernatural Superheroes Game

This is from
ugahill's post. Check it out!
Basically, the rules are this:
I'm going to write down one reason that I think our SPN boys are superheroes (aka, stuff they've done that's unbelievable). You take it, and if you think it's funny, you post it on your journal, and add your own reason why. Hopefully we can get a long list going of funny semi-goofs about SPN. (They will have spoilers through the finale of Season 2--you've been warned).
You can pick at things that might have good explanations, if you want to...like the example I've given can probably be explained a number of different ways. But the point of this is to have fun with the stuff that seems unbelievable. So don't be too picky!
1) The Impala is the Super Car: In All Hell Breaks Loose, part 2,Dean's heart breaks over Sam's death during a battle in South Dakota. With dead Sam lying on the bed, Dean determines to sell his soul tosave his brother. So Dean travels down to Mississippi to the familiardevil's crossroads, and makes a deal with a very eager demon. Later, anow one-year-left Dean re-enters the shack where his brother's at tofind him groggily waking up from being dead.
Now mind you, Mississippi is approximately 1200 miles south-southeast of SD. It would take Dean 40 hours straight, non-stop,to travel there and back again in the Impala (we all know he doesn'tfly). Yet he appears to do this completely in one day, without Bobbywondering where he's gone , and without Sam decomposing. Yet, Deanmanages to get to SD and back in record time. The consensus? TheImpala is the SUPER CAR! \o/
2) Dean can fix a crushed car! Good as new! Singlehandedly! In the space of a couple of weeks! Even if parts for said car are impossible to find!
The Impala is T-boned by a semi at the end of Season 1. At the beginning of Season 2, Bobby says the frame is bent. He says it's not worth a tow. Says there's nothing to fix. Sam, though? He must know about Dean's superheroic car-repair abilities, because he insists that even if there's one working part, it's enough.
AFAIK, there is /no way/ to repair a bent frame. Yet somehow, Dean gets the Impala up and running mere weeks after the accident -- and she's never looked better. Is there a Crossroads Demon who gives dead muscle cars a new lease on life? If so, wtf did Dean trade for the Impala? Were there sexual favors involved? (And if so, WHERE'S THAT FANFIC?!) NO, I say! It's merely another example of how our boys are SUPERNATURAL SUPERHEROES! :D
Now for my little contribution...
3) Sam & Dean can travel through time: In Skin, the brothers are on the street investigating the crime scene involving Sam's friend at 5:30 in the morning. An ambulance rushes past and the boys follow it to yet another attack involving someone being at two places at once. Catching on that it might be a shapeshifter, they head down into the sewers. They look around, find some disgusting piles of goo and flesh shed by the shapeshifter before he makes a sudden appearance, injuring Dean. The boys give chase and emerge from the sewers to the street where it is now suddenly the middle of night!
So how did all that time pass in just a few moments? Surely they weren't at the second crime scene for very long. And why would they spend all day searching down in the sewers when they knew approximately the area where the shapeshifter was hanging out? Clearly the brothers used their time teleportation skills to search the sewers quickly until they found the shapeshifter's lair and thus the shapeshifter himself. Yes, folks, the Winchester brothers have the ability to time travel! At least for short periods. Which is another reason why SAM & DEAN ARE SUPERHEROES!
Yeah, I know, a little weak. I tried.
