Thought I'd try a new series of posts, this time recapping the TV shows I've watched each week.

There's some gaps this week because there's some programs I haven't watched yet. Got some catching up to do.

The Amazing Race:
What a wild and wacky way to start the race this season! There was an elimination before the race even really got started. Fortunately, if someone had to go, I was glad it was the yoga instructors. Not that I'm against yoga, but they were annoying. Off to Tokyo, went the teams, where they ended up on a Japanese game show where they had to eat sushi or wasabi, which was insane. The poker playing gals screwed themselves royally by telling the other teams they worked for a charitable organization helping the homeless. The truth came out quickly though. But really, if they're so rich why are they on this show in the first place? Anyway, it was good to see the 2nd most annoying couple lose in the end.

Dancing With The Stars:
Easier watching this past week because it got reduced down to the usual main show on Monday and the Results show on Tuesday. I voted, which felt good. Lots of good dances on Monday, including Donny, Mya, and Aaron. Wasn't surprised at all by Kathy Ireland getting kicked off. If only she'd loosened up a little.

Castle:
Very fun episode, with a betting pool going on over who can solve their individual murders first, Beckett & Castle or the other 2 detectives (I know, bad fan....I can't recall their names yet). As it turned out their murders were connected in a very unusual way.

Lie To Me:
I'm behind in things, so I haven't seen the season premiere yet. Heard good things though. :)
What an awesome start to the second season of this show! Whoah! A gal with multiple personalities, one of whom witnesses a murder. Awesome stuff. Plus, Torres got to prove herself in approving a judge to be on the U.S. Supreme Court. I loved it! :)

The Forgotten:
Um....I wasn't too impressed with this 2nd episode. It was okay, but it really didn't hold my attention like the Pilot did. But then I was kinda busy making fanart, so my attention was divided. We'll see what happens with the next one.

Eastwick:
I'm really liking this show. It's fun and funny. Plus, watching all this happen on the old Gilmore Girls set is a real kick! Steve Carlson did a cover of "I'm A Virgin" for this eppy (which he told us about at VanCon). Sadly, it was only on screen for a few seconds and you could only see him in the background. Meh.

Flash Forward:
I'm a little behind. Haven't watched the 2nd eppy yet.Don't remember much of the episode, except the cool part near the end where Demetri gets a phone call from a mysterious woman telling him in her flash forward, she was at a briefing about his murder. Cool. Other than that, it was a good episode.

Survivor:
Haven't seen this yet, either.
Watched now. Thank goodness Ben is gone! What a jerk! Now if Foa Foa can just see the lying bastard that Russel is, they can dump him, too. Granted, the guy is playing the game, but it's the way he's doing it that makes him a total sleazeball. Even Johnny Fairplay only told one outrageous lie, but Russel's taken lying to a whole new level with claiming to be a Katrina survivor. Meanwhile, Galu better get off their asses with the yoga and keep up their camp. Those cushy pillows & blankets aren't going to help you when you're out of drinking water.

Fringe:
Or this. Are you sensing a trend here? Had to grab a download.A very cool episode with the team investigating a bomb explosion at a train station, where a human was the bomb. Meanwhile, Olivia is starting to remember her trip to the other dimension and Peter is looking for a new apartment for him and Walter.

Supernatural:
I'll have my First Impressions post for this up soon. OMG Amazing!!!!! It really did feel like a big budget movie. So impressive. From the set design, to the phenomenal acting and direction. Five stars all around! :D

The Vampire Diaries:
Didn't get to watch this yet either. Downloaded this, too.
Watched now. I'm glad I went ahead & got a download of this because the show is actually starting to get real interesting. The banter between Stefan and Damon was great this time - Damon: "You're dead dude. Get over it." LOL Curious to see what's up with Bonnie's emerging powers, too. And will Stefan succeed in keeping Damon locked up? Hmmmm....
