Quickies 13 - Flist Edition

raloria:: I'm trying out a new web browser, Lunascape6. It's a triple engine browser, which means you can switch between using IE, FF, & Safari from tab to tab, site to site. It's pretty cool, though I'm still learning all it's quirks.

:: Speaking of awesome, have you checked out LJ's Statistics tab yet? You can find it in your sidebar under Journal. It allows you to see how many visits & page views your journal has gotten, how many comments, your friending history, and the visits for individual entries. I know I'll be making use of this a lot. :: Was out running errands yesterday and after a few stops the car began starting up real rough, like it was barely going to keep running. Once it got past the initial shuddering it ran fine, but I don't want to drive it anymore except to take it to the shop (where it was just serviced Wednesday) and we'll be setting up an appointment for that ASAP Monday. I miss having my wheels! :(
:: Christmas decorating is done at long last...at least as much as I'm going to bother with this year. I'll have to take some pics of the window lights (now that it's not below freezing outside) and the Christmas tree to share with all of you.
:: Looks like we'll be having 2 Christmases this year. My cousin, K & her husband will be with us on Christmas Eve and then the rest of the family (my cousin, R and my grandpa) will come down on Christmas Day. My aunt, as always, will be hosting both get-togethers. So barring any sudden illnesses or bad weather we'll all be together, albeit a little separately.
:: I haz a new lamp for my desk!!! \0/ Yeah, that's a lot of excitement for a lamp, but I like to see while in my room, you know? I like having a lot of light in here. ;)
