Haven't walked since mid-November, so it's time to get back on the exercise train. :)
To be honest, I almost forgot. I was busy, getting so many things done that I didn't even think of it until I went outside to get the mail. At least it was fairly warm (45 degrees) and not raining, so I'd count myself as lucky in the weather department. I took the big loop thru the neighborhood (no hill) and the medium loop. Note to my new flisters: this info. is mostly for me to keep track. I know it won't make sense to most people. Tried my best to take it easy and not push too hard. I definitely could feel that I haven't exercised in a while. Phew! :P
