Just about any episode from Supernatural. They're all good and I really can't choose a favorite.

Enterprise. I love Star Trek and Scott Bakula, but I couldn't get into that show.

I'm watching S4 of Lost (DVD) right now.

Drama mostly

Probably Strange Luck. I got hooked on the show and then Fox canceled it.

I got started watching Fear Factor back when they used to show in reruns late at night.

There might have been an episode of The X-Files that creeped me out a little, but TV shows and movies don't scare me.
