Oh, and did I mention there's a few caps of the boys from Bloodlust, too? :D
* Had a very long day/evening Friday - running errands & doing the normal weekly shopping. Came home for a late supper and watched "The Three Musketeers" with mom. And no, that's not the later version. It's the Lana Turner, Gene Kelly version. I remarked to mom I realized that's the only Lana Turner film I've ever seen. Even she couldn't believe it, but we looked up her list of movies and it's true. I'll have to do something about that.
* Went to bed kind of early (for me, anyway) because I was beat from driving and shopping all day, plus I had a headache. Proceeded to have a horrible night's sleep. Took me a while to get to sleep and then I had several nightmares. Awfully vivid ones too. So vivid they woke me up. I only remember 2 of them, I guess because they were related. I dreamed that our car was stolen from our driveway, but part of it was left behind??? Then it was night and we hear this noise outside and I look out the peephole in the door and see this old wrecked car pull up near our place. Guys get out and others just appear. The looked like gang members ready to fight. A couple came over to see what was left of the car. Mom & I freaked because we thought they'd see us inside and come after us. These guys looked very dangerous. Then I woke up. My whole night went like that. Not pleasant at all. I normally don't have nights like that, so it was weird. *Sigh* Why can't I have a nice dream about Jensen? And I so could have used the Winchester boys showing up to chase those scary gang guys off. 'Cause with their arsenal? Yeah, no contest. *g* There must have been about 10 or 15 of these guys, but Sam & Dean could've taken them out. ;)
* Spent all Saturday cleaning out one of my neglected email accounts. There were over 700 unread entries when I started and now it's all cleaned out and organized. I feel so accomplished. Didn't get anything else done, but I've been avoiding taking care of this, so it was great to finally clean the thing out. I don't care if Yahoo Mail doesn't have a meter anymore, some sorting and deletion was badly needed. It's the only one I don't regularly check, so it got a little out of hand.
* Sad to hear Jard missed Comic Con because he was filming up in Vancouver until 6 a.m. and missed his flight. That's showbiz for you. He was working, doing what was most important, filming the show. Happily, Jensen and Kripke and Sara were there. Been enjoying seeing all the photos being posted by everyone. Jensen looks amazing as ever. Kripke repeated his statements about the new characters. You get it people? There's nothing to worry about. They know what they're doing. Give'em a chance. *Sigh* And did I totally miss something from back in May? I had no idea SPN was in such danger of being canceled. That they were saved at the last minute. Phew! Now I'm really thankful for S3. I'm planning on sending some postcards up to Vancouver this time. I wanna show my appreciation. I've already got a bunch of postcards bought. * Latest obsessions (besides anything SPN or Jensen related): Neko Case music, chocolate chip cookies, and Softlips lipbalm (vanilla!).
* On the LJ front, I'm getting behind in my replies again! I'm going to fix this. I'll work on them tomorrow/today (depending on how you look at it). Sadly, I still have comments from 2 months ago still waiting for me to take care of. *hangs head in shame* I'm dreading those because what do I say? I mean, I know those of you on my flist understand, but what about the others? "Sorry, I'm a lousy LJ'er and it's taken me two months to get my butt in gear to answer you."? Are they really going to want an explanation from me? Are they going to care after all this time? Maybe I'll just do the real important ones, like some of you advised me before. But then a bunch of you also said you reply to all your comments no matter how old, sooooo.... Obviously I've just got to buckle down and do them. Can you tell I'm a procrastinator?
