I haven't walked in 4 days, since Tuesday. Bleh. Wed. it was because I wasn't home, Thursday it was because of bad weather, and Friday & Saturday it was basic laziness. I think the pain I got in my legs the past couple of times might've burned me out a bit. I needed a little break. But enough is enough. Not gonna lose any weight sitting around all day. Besides, the weather co-operated with a temp of 54 and calm, partly cloudy skies. Took the big loop through our neighborhood twice (no hill). My legs didn't really hurt, but they felt uncomfortably tight. I'll keep plugging away though. The trick is to not push myself too hard again. *sigh*
