We're fast approaching the end of S2, with only two episodes following this one. This episode, sadly, has very little of Alec in it. He's sort of just used as a filler in the scenes he's in. There's no big moments, not even any really big lines. So there's only 80 caps for this week's picspam.

The episode mostly deals with White finding Max's clone and sending her to track Max down in exchange for getting her husband and son back. Joshua goes against Max's wishes and moves to Terminal City to be with others like himself. Logan's location is finally traced by White and he's forced to flee before his apartment is destroyed in a storm of bullets. Meanwhile, at Jam Pony, Normal and Sketchy are suspecting just about anyone of being a transgenic and fed up with being hunted, Max decides to leave town. Oh, btw, the name of Max's clone? Sam. *gigglesnort*

She Ain't Heavy

Max tells OC Logan thinks she's involved with someone else. Max indicates Alec when he greets them, "Hey, ladies". OC: "You got to be kidding." Max said she had no choice after the last virus scare. OC: "Does he know he's your new squeeze?" Max: "Hell, no." OC: "You gonna tell him?" Max: "Not if I can help it." Heehee! What a great exchange! And poor Alec, totally unsuspecting in the background.

Alec quickly diffuses a tense situation at Jam Pony by offering to buy drinks for everybody at Crash. Hand rubbing! Heehee! Love it!

Normal and Sketchy suspect Max of being a transgenic because of the way she took the gun away from Normal the day before. Alec argues she's been working out.

They wanna check her for a bar-code but figure she's probably had it removed. Alec: "Oh, I don't know guys. I mean, listen to yourselves. You know, 'If she's a witch, she'll float. If she's not, she'll drown.' It's like either way she's guilty." Great camera work here, btw. Yay, for steadicams!

I like seeing him outside like this. Alec sees Max approaching and stops her, quickly checking her barcode and seeing she needs "a laser touch up".

Max: "Thanks for the tip." Alec: "Hold on, hold on. You can't go in there. Normal and Sketchy are all tripping about your little stunt you pulled yesterday."

He tells her to go on to Joshua's place and he'll meet her later. Another profile shot! I never miss them.

Nice caps of him watching her leave, just as her clone drives up behind him in the background.

Alec at his bike. I've gotta say, the switch to motorcycles in the next episode was a major improvement. So much sexier than just an ordinary bicycle. I love this simple little scene. It's so quick, you almost don't notice it, but it's just got something special. Alec goes to Joshua's looking for Max.

Okay, yeah, taking off the gloves is kinda sexy, but that's not the part yet.

Alright, this is it. Although I don't have a cap of the actual moment. As he reaches down to grab the map, he brushes the back of his hand across the paper. I love the action of his hand. It just seems so unique. Something only Jensen would add to the performance.

Love these first two caps. Alec heads into Terminal City to look for Joshua.

Alec finds out the X-Series isn't exactly welcome in this part of the city. "Hey, fellas."

Identifying himself as X5, he's quickly told to head over to Oak Street with his own kind.

Alec: "Well, I'm looking for a friend of mine -- one of your kind." Nice closeups, especially the third one. So pretty!

Finding Joshua in Terminal City, Alec inquires about Max's whereabouts. Mole tells him he can't stay. Alec: "Take it easy, pal. I'm not planning to."

They then see Max, Logan, and Ames White on their TV monitors. Joshua identifies Max as an X5 and the others figure the group isn't their problem. Alec: "Yeah, well, you see that guy right there? He's in charge of hunting you down, so I suggest you make it your problem." Don'tcha love it when Jensen points at something? :)

I almost missed this when I was capping. Alec with a gun...*guh* Shades of Dean, anyone? Alec returns, having "jacked an S.U.V. from some...uh, gangster guys outside a strip club".

The car's for Max's clone and her family to escape to Canada. Max thanks Alec, who tells her "no worries". Alec: "Anything for a friend, or a clone of a friend." Um, oh yeah...more guns! Heehee!

Max's clone tells her not to expect a thank you. She blames Max for White finding her and putting her family in danger. Alec: "You know, if Manticore hadn't gone down...you wouldn't even be with them. And you know who took it down." Love his smugness here.
