I'm combining these two because I got busy yesterday and forgot to post. For some reason walking today was tough. Don't really know why. Some days are just like that. Oof! :P But I did learn one thing...stretching before I go walk takes care of most of the left leg pain I've been having. So that answers that question. I figured it might, but I was being my usual lazy self. *g* Both days I took the big loop (with the hill) twice. I'm not up to my 2 miles yet, but I'll get there. Don't want to push too hard too soon. My plan is to take tomorrow off. It's supposed to be really rainy anyway.
