It's been nearly 3 weeks since I walked. Grrrrr. Not happy about that, but first the bad weather then real life stuff got in the way. Need to get my butt back in gear now. It'll be August before I know it! Remembered to do my stretches before I headed out and it did seem to help again. My left leg ached a little, but it wasn't bad. I walked longer, but at a slower pace. Didn't want to overdo it and be all crippled up tomorrow. Hopefully, I succeeded. I wasn't going to walk very far, but I ended up walking over 2 miles. My legs felt pretty good at that point and I had the energy, so I went for it. ;) Took the big loop in our neighborhood (no hill) twice and then the medium loop. Came back home and didn't even feel winded. The weather was very calm with cloudy skies but a warm temp of 66 degrees. It was perfect walking weather and lots of people were out and about walking, gardening and such.

Btw, I'm nearly down to the weight I was after VanCon last year! Woot! \0/ My goal is to get even below that, the more the better. :)
