trystan830's posts (post one, post two, post three) about this issue, but I'm here to add my anger and dismay to the mix. I also want to apologize for posting this so late, but I've spent all day and now the night, searching for whatever works of mine that were stolen. No easy task with a slow dialup connection.

dean_sam and I noticed she was using my Dean - Eyes icon. One that I knew I hadn't made available for others to use. As if I wasn't angry enough over finding someone using one of my icons as her default without credit or permission, I then discover she's been stealing from practically every SPN LJ user! As trystan830 stated, demonicangel26's LJ has no posts and she's only had her LJ since April. She only has 4 other people on her Friends list and is a member of dean_sam and spn_underground along with several others. Apparently her only reason for being on LJ is to steal the graphics, icons, fanarts, and photos from the rest of us to put on her website: http://demonicangel81.multiply.com/.
I only clicked on her website link because I was looking for a way to contact her to let her know I didn't like her stealing my icon and using it without my consent. Nothing could have prepared me for what I found there. She has literally thousands of LJ icons posted to her website. There is no credit given for any of them, unless the person's name is still in the file name (but I didn't see many that were). I've already seen another one of my icons posted there (Brothers Forever) and recognized ones belonging to many others includingmoondropz & justfreefallin.
Since discovering all of this last night, I see she's now got the icon of mine she's using on her LJ, on the website as well. That wasn't there before. An act of defiance, perhaps. Certainly seems so. Apparently a few others have had run-ins with this individual before and she's refused to remove or give credit for the graphics on her site. She clearly has no morals and does not grasp the concept of common courtesy when it comes to other people's works.
It's not just the icons and the fanart that she's taken either. It's the photos she's stolen from people's LJs for Asylum Con, Comic Con, and AFGM. Again, she gives no credit for any of these. It's one thing to save graphics like this to keep on your own computer for your own enjoyment, it's another matter entirely to post them to a website for anyone to view and take. I've always thought of us LJ SPN fans as being in our own sort of special bubble. We post graphics, vids, etc., share them when we want, give credit for each other's work, and for the most part, everything works out fine. Now we have a thief in our midst who's stolen from us without any consideration. Based on what she's posted on her site, she seems quite unwilling to either remove the items or give anyone credit for them.
She also has several pages of videos, most of them music vids. My latest one of Slumber My Darling is there, with again, no credit given. There are also color bars, headers, wallpapers, and numerous other fanart pieces with no credit given. Thousands of them. Page after page.
I don't have a problem with her having promo pics and other official photos on her website. We all post those on LJ freely. What I have a problem with is her disregard for the fan-created works that she has stolen en masse.
I urge all of you to check out her website and see if any of your works are there. And look under everything. I found over 600 wallpapers in the Photo Album 2007-06-27 link. Pass the word along to others. Leave a comment on her site and use the Report Abuse link on the right side of the page. I plan to do that myself. She says she's going to take down the site, but I'll believe it when I see it.
