We finally saw some sun on Saturday and not just for 10 or 15 minutes! We've had nothing but rain pretty much every day since the beginning of the year. Lots of flooding & landslides. So nice to dry out a little.
Friday & Saturday I found myself getting back into art Journaling after months of doing nothing. Feels so good stretching my artistic wings agai! :)

Darned Twitter timeline linked me to the first video and then I saw the follow-up one.
OMG So much furry adorableness! This baby otter was "discovered orphaned on a California beach in late September weighing a mere 1 kg." In the first video you see her put in the water for the first time and she doesn't seem too sure about it, but by the 2nd video she's playing with toys in the water. Love her going to sleep in the guy's arms at the end of the first video, too. So CUTE! :D

Edit: Geez. I just noticed these videos are from 2014! Golly, Time Magazine...must be a slow news day if they're posting to Twitter with a 3 year old video. Ah, well...it's still adorable.

Who knew there was such a thing??? Cute? Yes...but also slightly weird. lol But maybe that's just because it seems like this course is in such a cramp space. Doesn't help that you've got someone with a video camera in the way. :P

Some of them really go around the jumps easily. Then there's the white rabbit at the 4:45 mark. "Um. Oh, I don't really feel like jumping today. Quit touching my butt. I'm tired. Can we go home yet? Oh, alright, just lift me over all the jumps, okay?" LOL

Just had to share my other favorite online kitty before shuffling off to bed. I love Maru and I know many of you do, too.

This video is kinda rare in that you get to hear him meow quite a bit. Love the part of him on the sofa rolled nearly upside down. My cat Blackie would do that too. "I don't care if I look silly with my butt above my head. I've got my toy!" LOL And then there's the back feet doing odd things. It's like cats don't fully control what those feet do. My cats did the same thing..."Why are my feet doing that? Make them stop!" My Blackie also used to sprawl out on his back like Maru does here. He'd even fall asleep that way, stretched out as far as he could sometimes. :)
