It's the Winchester men back together for this week's first picspam! Meg closes in as John and his boys try to track where the YED will strike next.

This picspam contains 56 caps from Salvation. It covers the opening scene with John telling the boys about the signs of the YED. It then goes on to the scenes about Pastor Jim's death and the three searching hospital records.

Ahhh...the Winchester boys all in one row! Poor sad puppy Sam at the end though...*sniff*

There's something about this first cap of Dean. I like the backlighting....and well...Jensen's neck is nice too. Sam thinks the death of their mom and Jess is his fault. Awww! Big brother Dean won't have any of that of course.

This first cap is kind of a rare shot, with the two of them together. Some more nice caps of John.

John tells them of the warning signs that occurred before the YED killed Mary and Jess.

I wish we could have learned more about Pastor Jim's relationship with the Winchesters. Even Sam seems upset over the loss, so the boys must have had a strong connection to him.

Some nice images here as John takes a moment to grieve for his friend.

I'd like to point out the 3rd cap here of Dean in the car. It took me a few viewings to catch it, but watch when Dean gets back into the car at the end of this scene. He slams the door shut in frustration or anger. Dean can already see his dad is ready to sacrifice his life to go after the YED. Anyway, a nice touch, once again, by Jensen. I still wonder what happened to that truck after this episode. Seems a shame to let those fine weapons in the back go to waste. Sam copies down birth records at a local hospital.
