The Good, The Bad, and the Slow & Ugly

raloriaWhoo Boy! Amazing how an hour on LJ will wake you up. I could have used this before I went to class today, not afterwards. 'Cause, man, was I sleepy...zzzzzzz... Btw, I'm really trying to take advantage of the high speed internet access during these 2 hrs after class to finally get around to everyone on my Flist and comment here & there. Yaaaaay! Too bad the time is going by so fast though. There's just so much to respond to. :D
And I'm also finally getting to some of my replies. Double Yaaaaay!!!! :D Thanks again for being so patient with me. I'm hoping somehow *crosses fingers* that I can take just one day this weekend and do nothing but replies. Maybe then I can finally get caught up!
Now...on to the good stuff!
The Good
My CW station (Ch. 11) is back!!!!! Hooray!!!! *does happy dance* :D Have no idea what happened, just that it magically returned just as quickly as it had disappeared. I was seriously considering finding a crossroads somewhere and making a deal. LOL! It was out for 3 days!!! We keep checking it throughout the day, just to be sure. So far, so good. I give a little "Yes!" everytime I see the station appear on the screen. Let's just hope whatever problem they had, if they had a problem, is fixed now. The most important thing is that it be there on Oct. 4th! ;)
The Bad
Went to Borders on Tuesday to pick up the Supernatural Companion for S1 book....and they didn't have it! Grrrrr! It's "on reserve". Whatever that means. *Sigh* So frustrating. I want my book!
The Slow & Ugly
I had some major frustration last night when I got online. I had Firefox freeze up on me twice when I tried to login to my online class and then when I switched to Maxthon, it got an error and shut down. >:[ So I went back to FF...and everything was...so...sloooooow. *Sigh* I figure it was my dialup being all wonky. That happens sometimes. Hopefully everything will behave itself tonight. I've got picspam & other goodies to post! :D
Oh, and totally off topic: Dancing With The Stars? In Hi-Def....so awesome! It's like you're there on the dance floor with all the lights and colorful, sparkly costumes. Weeeeee!
